Dutch Bros. Coffee is opening its first location in Surprise, Arizona just east of the southeast corner of Bell Road and Litchfield Road. De Rito Partners’ agents Brian Bridgman and Marty Olejarczyk represented Dutch Bros. in a ground lease of 23,762 square feet.

DC Ranch Crossing adding two new tenants
The DC Ranch Crossing shopping center located at the southeast corner of Pima Road and Union Hills Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona will be adding two new tenants. Fleet Feet, a sports apparel store, and Roasti’s Pizza signed leases for 1,921 square feet and 3,484 square feet, respectively. Greenway Village Shopping Center is adding a new tanning and massage outlet to the strip center located just east of the northeast corner of 32nd Street and Greenway Road in Phoenix.
