Fast-casual pizza concept joins Mesa Grande
Eklectic Pie completed a deal to add one of its fast-casual pizza restaurants to Mesa Grande, located at the northeast corner of Baseline Road and Stapley Drive. Morey Fischel represented the tenant in completing the transaction for a 2,615-square-foot space.

Furniture retailer joins The Pavilions at Talking Stick
Frontgate Outlet Center completed a deal to open its first “bricks-and-mortar” location in Arizona, by leasing a 32,590-square-foot space at The Pavilions at Talking Stick. The store will be just one of only four physical locations in the country. Paul Serafin and Matt Morrell represented the landlord in completing the deal.

Vapor smoke shop opens first location
Stellar Vapor Company finalized a deal to open its first location in Queen Creek, at the northwest corner of Hunt Highway and Copper Mine Road. Stan Sanchez and Paul Serafin represented the landlord in completing the lease for a 1,500-square-foot-space.

Filiberto’s leases building in Flagstaff
Filiberto’s Mexican Food leased a 2,573-square-foot fast food building along historic Route 66 in Flagstaff, near the corner of Route 66 and Lockett Road. Steve Bonnell and Morey Fischel represented the owner in completing the deal.

Verde Valley Plaza adds craft store
Morning Star Crafts & Collectibles completed a lease to join Verde Valley Plaza in Cottonwood, Arizona. The tenant leased 1,590 square feet at the center located at the intersection of Highway 89A and Highway 260. Dale Harsh and Stan Sanchez represented the landlord in finalizing the deal.

New restaurant joins the Shops at Gainey Ranch
Inde Fusion restaurant completed a deal to join the Shops at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale. The tenant took a 5,200-square-foot space at the center located near Doubletree Ranch Road and Gainey Center Drive. Steve Bonnell and John Palmieri represented the landlord in the transaction.

Hamstra Square adds an anchor tenant and two new shop tenants
Hamstra Square, located at the northeast corner of Pecos Road and McQueen Road in Chandler, added three new tenants, including Kids That Rip Indoor Skatepark. The skatepark will take the 54,375-square-foot anchor space at the center. Matt Morrell and Marty Olejarczyk represented the landlord in that transaction.

The center also added The Academy Day School and Homeward Bound Spay Neuter Hospital. The two tenants will take 2,110 square feet and 2,461 square feet, respectively. Gordon Heckaman and Carl Jones, Jr. represented the landlord in these two deals.

One Stop Nutrition joins Warner Village in Tempe
One Stop Nutrition added another Valley location by completing a lease to join Warner Village, at the northeast corner of Priest Drive and Warner Road in Tempe. Gordon Heckaman represented the landlord in completing the lease of the 1,200-square-foot space.

Former Lund Cadillac becomes future Fry’s Marketplace
The former Lund Cadillac site at the southwest corner of 14th Street and Bell Road in Phoenix sold and will become a new Fry’s Marketplace and fuel center. Martin Leon and Marty De Rito represented Lund in the sale of the 12.22-acre site.

New development, Artesian Marketplace, adds four new tenants
Four new tenants signed leases to join the new Fry’s Marketplace-anchored Artesian Marketplace in Chandler. Pet Club completed a deal to take a 5,500-square foot space, SuperCuts will lease 900 square feet, Ken’s Nail & Spa will take 1,300 square feet, and Delia’s Cleaners will lease 1,200 square feet. The tenants will join the new development located at the southwest corner of Gilbert Road and Ocotillo Road. Chris Corso represented the owner in completing the transactions.

Warrior Tae Kwon Do opens first dojo in Metro Phoenix
Warrior Tae Kwon Do completed a deal to open its first dojo at the southeast corner of 59th Avenue and Indian School Road. Stan Sanchez represented the landlord in completing the lease for a 1,100-square-foot space.

Boost Mobile joins La Gran Plaza
Boost Mobile finalized a deal to add another Valley location, this time at the southeast corner of Southern Avenue and Stapley Drive in Mesa. Gordon Heckaman and Lizette Borbon-Iskhakova represented the owner in completing the lease of a 1,200-square-foot space.

CenturyLink continues Valley expansion
CenturyLink completed a lease to add another retail location in Glendale. The tenant will take 1,492 square feet next to AMC Theaters at the Westgate Entertainment District. Paul Serafin represented the tenant in completing the transaction.

Ace Hardware chain adds another location
Paul’s Ace Hardware signed a lease to add another store to its growing chain. The retailer completed a deal for a 16,235-square-foot space at the southeast corner of Rural Road and Broadway Road in Tempe. Marty Olejarczyk represented the tenant in completing the deal.

C-Mac’s Football World completed a deal to open its first location at the southwest corner of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street in Goodyear. Carl Jones, Jr. and Gordon Heckaman represented the landlord in completing the lease of a 1,318-square-foot space.
