The new investment-sales team enables Diversified Partners to offer landlords and investors comprehensive, end-to-end support, from acquisitions and leasing to repositioning, value-add strategies, 1031 exchanges and profitable dispositions, all under one roof. 

The team will be overseen by Managing Director Stan Sanchez, who will also lead brokerage operations firmwide. A respected industry veteran with more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate, development, business ownership and executive leadership, Sanchez brings a strategic perspective to both the new investment sales department and the broader brokerage services. An Arizona native, he is known for his integrity, loyalty and long-standing relationships across the Valley and beyond. Prior to joining Diversified Partners, he served as senior vice president of retail services at Colliers International. 

John (K) Jackson joins Diversified Partners as senior vice president of investment sales, bringing 19 years of experience advising investors on the acquisition, repositioning and sale of retail assets. Prior to joining Diversified Partners, he served as senior vice president at Colliers International. Over the course of his career, Jackson has completed more than 1,000 transactions and helped clients strategically acquire and reposition over $300 million in retail assets. Known for his data-driven approach, he specializes in maximizing asset performance through long-range planning, financial analysis and targeted marketing that connects qualified buyers with high-performing opportunities. 

Kristina Remon joins Diversified Partners as vice president of investment sales and will co-lead the new service line alongside Jackson. A Valley native with prior roles at Colliers and Avison Young, Remon brings deep experience in retail property sales and guides projects from negotiation through marketing and completion for landlords and developers.
