EPS Group, Inc. (EPS), a locally-owned Arizona full service civil engineering firm, have added Michael Lanata to their Construction Management Division. Lanata has played a significant role in the Arizona land development market at premier builders such as Beazer, Ryland, and Richmond American Homes. Additional experience includes the development of multi and single-family communities ranging from 10 to 2000 acres.

Lanata’s experience includes work on active adult communities, hillside lots, lakes, golf courses, wastewater treatment plants, water tanks, bridge construction, and major street improvements.
