Ensemble Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated the sale of a Gilbert medical center, Harbor Shores Medical Center, for $4 million.
Jabel Holdings LLC purchased the 54,464 square-foot multi-tenanted medical office building located at 4001 E. Baseline Rd. in Gilbert, Arizona.
Tracy Altemus, Marina Hammersmith and Autumn Storm of Ensemble represented the seller Zalanta Resort at the Village LLC. The buyer’s broker was Michael Gustafson with Sperry Van Ness.
The building’s current major tenants include pediatrics and a dermatology practice. Ensemble has been retained by the buyer to continue leasing the property.
Constructed in 1989 the building features two stories above grade, a built-out subterranean level and covered parking. The property is conveniently located near the US 60 in Gilbert, Arizona. The building has excellent proximity to Banner Gateway Hospital and is centrally located between three other major hospitals; Banner Baywood, Mercy Gilbert and Banner Desert.
