Hines, the international real estate firm, negotiated a 12,460-square-foot lease at 24th at Camelback II in Phoenix for Atlanta-based staffing services firm Insight Global.

Insight Global will occupy the eighth floor of the 11th-story Class A building, which offers abundant glass exposure and mountain views, beginning in early 2017.

Hines is developer, owner and property manager of the 306,877-square-foot building located at 2325 E. Camelback Road.

“24th at Camelback II’s strong visibility on Camelback Road, central location, size and design, along with the close proximity to the many businesses in the high-profile area, helped attract Insight Global,” said Michelle Brown, general property manager with Hines.

Insight Global, which is relocating to the property from Scottsdale, specializes in sourcing information technology, accounting, finance and engineering professionals and delivering solutions to Fortune 1000 clients across the U.S. and Canada. Insight Global placed more than 33,000 people in 2015 through 41 regional offices in the U.S. and Canada.

“We are excited to be relocating to a space that will allow us to sustain the growth that we’ve had as a company. This location gives our company a great central location and gives us the potential to attract the best talent in Phoenix,” said Kevin Benfer, sales manager at Insight Global.

Jeff Hartland and Scott Boardman with Cushman & Wakefield represented Hines in the transaction. Jodi Selvey and Kathy Foster with Colliers International represented Insight Global.
