Irgens breaks ground on Desert Harbor Medical Commons in Peoria

Irgens broke ground today on Desert Harbor Medical Commons, a new medical office building located at 9000 West Thunderbird Road in Peoria, Arizona. The two-story structure will offer future medical tenants 43,873 rentable square feet and ample parking on the 3.12-acre land site that is easily accessible via Thunderbird Road and Desert Harbor Drive. Leasing is underway and a grand opening is on track for September 2022.

“Desert Harbor Medical Commons was designed to be a best-in-class facility to meet the needs of today’s medical practitioners who require efficient and well-located office space to serve their patients in one of the fastest growing submarkets of metro-Phoenix,” said Derek Flottum, Vice President of Development for Irgens. “From day one, this development has been a team effort and we appreciate the support we have received from the city and all of our project partners.”
