Just in time for the WM Phoenix Open, there are some amazing golf course homes being sold and showcased throughout Metro Phoenix.

Cullum Homes is almost halfway to selling out of the community with 22 of its 33 homesites now sold at The Village at Seven Desert Mountain. This leaves only 11 lots available and buyers must act fast before these homes are sold out.

With the average price of more than a thousand a square-foot Realtor Scott Grigg says he expects the value of these golf course homes to continue to go up over the next few years.
