Global real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson announced that La Cresenta Apartments, a 197-unit property managed by Kennedy Wilson for more than 10 years, has been awarded the 2015 Best of Tempe Award in the Apartment Buildings category for the second year in a row.
Located at 1025 E. Orange St. in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, the property was again selected by the Tempe Award Program for Kennedy Wilson’s exceptional marketing success of the property.
“A large portion of our marketing success is a result of our commitment to providing transparency to prospective residents, ensuring they have access to a variety of reviews of the community from past and current residents to aid in the decision-making process,” said Mary Jacobs, managing director of Kennedy Wilson Properties Group. “Consequently, all properties are virtually full and frequently have wait lists to apply for residency.”

La Cresenta Apartments is one of three apartment complexes in Tempe managed by Kennedy Wilson including South Bank, an 88-unit property located at 1007 W. 1st St., and Sunset Villa Apartments, a 63-unit property located at 1415 E. Apache Blvd.
