Lee & Associates Arizona has announced the promotion of Kurt Saulnier to Principal. This significant accomplishment is the result of his strong work ethic and teamwork.
Saulnier joined Lee & Associates in 2012 as an Associate and has been a consistent and significant contributor to the firm since his arrival.
“Kurt is an excellent asset for Lee & Associates and we are thrilled with his accomplishment,” said Fred Darche, Managing Principal.
Kurt’s most recent transaction was a $6.5 million sale for 21.5 acres of land which will be developed into a nearly 350,000 SF industrial park for Metro Commercial Properties. Saulnier, along with Principals Chris McClurg and Ken McQueen, will be the listing team for the project. It is scheduled to deliver in the third quarter of 2016.
