Desert Medical Campus, a four-building medical office complex located on South Dobson Road in Mesa, is currently undergoing the second and final phase of its $30+ million renovation and modernization program.  The work planned includes new glass exterior facades, redesign of all public lobbies and common areas, enhanced way finding throughout the campus, updated signage, as well as an attractive outdoor plaza with solar panneled shade canopy and on-site café.

“We are excited to see this transformation come alive! We believe this redevelopment will not only raise the level of sophistication within each building but also increase the overall vitality of the campus. Each and every detail of this redevelopment has been thoughtfully designed to improve both the functionality and aesthetics of the campus,” says Dan Minning of Lillibridge.

This final phase of renovation is scheduled for completion in December 2021.  The buildings, which are located at 1432, 1450, 1500 and 1520 S. Dobson Rd., were originally constructed in 1970’s-1980’s.  The property contains approximately 313,671 square feet of medical office space situated on campus at Banner Desert Medical Center, just off US-60 freeway.

The full renovation program was designed to bring the property to a contemporary status within the market.  Three new speculative suites are available for immediate occupancy.

“The feedback from the medical community has been extremely positive and everyone is excited to see such an iconic hospital campus go through this positive transformation,” said Phil Wurth with Colliers in Arizona.  “The final renovation result will be truly an exceptional hospital campus experience for both physicians and their patients!”
