Nationwide Realty Investors announced today that existing tenant, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Financing LLC (Morgan Stanley), is adding a second, 50,000-square-foot office at Rivulon, the expansive master-planned, mixed-use project located at Gilbert Road and Loop 202. Nationwide Realty Investors President Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

Morgan Stanley currently occupies 20,000 square feet of office space in Rivulon’s 111 E. Rivulon Blvd. building. Their additional 50,000-square-foot office will be located in The Commons at Rivulon, a multi-building creative office neighborhood along Rivulon Boulevard.
