Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company has selected Ryan Companies US, Inc. to manage its three-story, approximately 75,000 square foot office building at Cotton Corporate Center in Phoenix.
Ryan Companies US, Inc. will provide management services and support facility needs for the company at 4950 South 48th Street, which employs approximately 325 employees and houses its national client services center and a number of its business groups. The secure site requires strict vendor access controls and Ryan Companies will ensure the facility runs efficiently and securely, in direct partnership with the Mutual of Omaha corporate facilities group.
