Family Development has announced that construction is about to begin for the first phase of new home designs in the luxury community of Pinnacle Pointe in North Scottsdale.
The progress follows robust sales of the previously built homes as well as swift presales of the brand new product.
“After spending a lot of time studying the market, conducting focus groups and talking to local brokers, we knew Pinnacle Pointe had the location to become a highly coveted address, we just had to design and build the right product.” said Vincent Barbato of Family Development Homes.
“With the tremendous presale activity it’s extremely satisfying to begin construction knowing we hit the mark.”
Response has been strong and growing for the new phase of luxury villas being offered from the mid $300,000s. Nestled in the foothills of the Tonto National Forest, construction of four new designs adds to the positive momentum.
