The $11M renovation is scheduled for a summer 2009 completion. The 10,000 SF Phase I includes improvements to the main atrium, mezzanine addition, west entry remodel and renovation of the box office. Phase II will be a 14,525 SF renovation of the 30-year-old Virginia G. Piper Theater.
