A Milestone a Decade in the Making

Founded in 2012, the Phoenix-based company opened its first Avilla Homes community in Goodyear, Arizona, just two years later in 2014. At the time, the concept of purpose-built, single-level, detached rental homes in a gated setting was virtually unheard of in the mainstream market.
