Phoenix REALTORS® has officially expanded access to Rayse, the agent value platform built to make agent value impossible to ignore. Following a successful rollout to brokers in late 2024, all individual REALTORS® in the association now have access to Rayse as part of their membership, effective May 1.

With this launch, more than 10,000 Phoenix REALTORS® members can now use Rayse to provide clients with real-time updates, transparent reporting and undeniable proof of their value — from first consultation to final closing.
Rayse automatically showcases key agent activity — calls, emails, showings and even mileage — and transforms it into clear, client-friendly reports. Buyers and sellers gain visibility into the full transaction lifecycle while agents gain a powerful way to communicate the work, care and expertise they bring to every deal.
“Today’s market demands more from agents,” said Andy Fegley, CEO of Phoenix REALTORS®. “We’re always looking for the most effective tools to help our members rise to the moment. Expanding our partnership with Rayse empowers every agent to showcase their impact, increase transparency, and deepen client trust.”
The timing comes as the industry adapts to shifting consumer expectations and policy changes stemming from the recent National Association of REALTORS® settlement. Yet despite these shifts, the value of a trusted agent remains strong: 88% of U.S. homebuyers used an agent or broker in 2024, according to NAR’s Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.
“Rayse was built to help agents prove their value in a world that often overlooks it,” said Christian Dwiggins, CEO of Rayse. “This partnership gives agents access to tools that make their expertise visible, their service undeniable, and their clients more confident every step of the way.”
Access to Rayse is exclusively available to Phoenix REALTORS® members. Agents can activate their benefit using their MLS identification. Rayse is not available to non-member MLS users.
