More than 1,000 international real estate professionals will attend Real Estate Summit Across Borders on Friday, June 9 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Attendees benefit from information on real estate, investments, and regulatory issues from industry leaders in both the United States and Mexico. Organizers participated today in a press conference at the Mexican Consulate in Phoenix. Speakers of the summit include: former U.S. Treasurer Rosario Marin, Tony Giordano, international real estate agent and business consultant, and Mayor Kate Gallego, City of Phoenix.
DEEPER DIVE: Arizona is home to 2 of the 15 fastest-growing cities in U.S.
According to DATOS from the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Mexico was the second-largest origin of foreign buyers in 2022, purchasing $2.9 billion of real estate in the United States. Americans are reciprocating, with Mexico seeing a 32.08% increase in the 2022 sales of luxury apartments to U.S. citizens. Former U.S. Treasurer Marin underscores this impact stating,”Real Estate is truly the engine that drives our economy impacting so many industries, and is the single most important source of wealth for many people.”
Respected leaders will share the latest industry knowledge in a variety of subjects including: financing options for USA-Mexico investments; binational relationships; joint venture investment opportunities; real estate impact on the economy, and much more. “Learn how to buy property on both sides of the border the right way and without risk,” explains Tony Giordano, international real estate agent, business consultant, and one of the Summit’s keynote speakers.
According to Mayor Kate Gallego, City of Phoenix, “Now more than ever, binational investments are key to our growing economy.” Real Estate Summit Across Borders sheds light on this important subject. It is a must-attend international event for buyers, investors, and decision-makers wanting valuable information on real estate opportunities in Mexico and the United States.
A general access pass is just $299 and includes activities, cocktail hour with included beverage and appetizer, welcome kit, full conference program, networking opportunities, coffee, BreaksBox lunch, and a real estate party with dinner included.
