Plaza Companies has been selected to provide property management services for a large commercial office development at a prime location along Loop 101 in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
Plaza will manage Chaparral Business Center, a 70-acre complex that includes six office buildings. The property, overseen by Salt River Devco, is located off Loop 101 between Chaparral and McDonald Drives.
The new addition brings Plaza Companies’ overall management portfolio to approximately five million square feet.
Chaparral Business Center is in the heart of a fast-growing area of the Loop 101 corridor adjacent to the Scottsdale-Salt River Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn hotels and in close proximity to Salt River Fields, numerous shopping and entertainment options, Talking Stick Resort and much more.
