Pulte Homes bought 20.6 acres of land in Glendale for $4,400,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the southeast corner of 91st Avenue and West Cardinals Way in Glendale, breaks down to $213,592.23 per acre.
