RED Development announced today that Camelback Colonnade, a shopping, dining, and entertainment center in the heart of the thriving Camelback Corridor, has welcomed two new tenants and has signed leases for two additional tenants to open this summer.

Founded by the group behind Ahipoke, Dori Hand Roll Bar and Ramen recently opened its 2,069-square-foot restaurant on March 4 next to Great Clips and Daily Dose MidTown Grill. Offering a very intimate dining experience with rolls made-to-order and served directly from the chef, Dori is Arizona’s first handroll sushi bar and is inspired by similar concepts popular in major markets like Los Angeles and New York. At the rear of the restaurant is also a second subconcept, Uradori Izakaya, which features a 15-seat, Japanese speakeasy featuring designer cocktails and small plates.

The Camelback Barber Shop also recently opened in a new, 631-square-foot space after relocating from within the development. Now located behind Orangetheory Fitness and just south of Fry’s Food Store, the traditional barbershop specializes in men’s haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and all types of grooming.

“Camelback Colonnade’s location is one of the best in Phoenix, and it’s always exciting to bring new shopping and dining experiences to the community,” said Scott Rehorn, managing partner of RED Development. “This year we’re excited to bring Arizona it’s first hand roll bar, Dori Hand Roll Bar + Ramen, and to add even more shopping variety  with national retailer Five Below, and nail and day spa services provider, IPolish Nail Bar.

RED Development has also executed two new leases for tenants expected to open by this summer. Five Below, a specialty discount store, is opening a 7,827-foot-space next to Michaels and will offer an assortment of products like tech, tees, beauty products, candy, toys, and more from $1 to $10. IPolish Nail Bar is also opening a 2,481-square-foot day spa and nail salon next to Elements Massage.

Camelback Colonnade is located at 20th Street and Camelback and features more than 40 shops and eateries catering to the neighborhood including Best Buy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Floor & Decor, Fry’s Marketplace, Michaels, Nordstrom Last Chance, and Old Navy. Just blocks from the Biltmore Fashion Park, The Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa and multiple high-rise business buildings, Camelback Colonnade is in the heart of the Camelback Corridor.
