HomeStreet Home Loans opened two new Home Loan Centers in Arizona within Mesa and Maricopa. The two new locations mark HomeStreet’s sixth and sevenths locations in Arizona.
The new branches are located at 1620 S. Stapley Dr., Suite 100, Mesa, and 21300 N. John Wayne Pkwy., Maricopa, Ariz.
The Mesa Branch Manager Scott Mendez will lead a team of eight mortgage consultants with close ties to the community. The branch will also provide custom home construction loans.
“I look forward to serving the Mesa area, throughout the East Valley, including Pinal County from Apache Junction, to Casa Grande,” Mendez said. “I feel very confident in the great team HomeStreet has built.”
Aaron Anderson, who brings a decade of banking experience to the team, will lead the Maricopa satellite location.
“With the resurgence and recovery of the home market in the Maricopa area, our extender lock options and builder products are perfect for the individual or family who have been waiting for the right time to refinance, rebuild or purchase,” said Anderson.
HomeStreet Home Loans offers Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans along with niche programs for new construction and renovation financing, jumbo loans, and Arizona state down payment assistance programs.
Both locations are now open and operating.
