Landsea Homes has moved its division headquarters offices to Scottsdale, Arizona, a strategic relocation that places the growing national homebuilder at the center of one of the Southwest’s most dynamic business and lifestyle hubs. The company has leased 5,000 square feet at 7600 East Doubletree Ranch Road.

“This is an important step in the development of our regional platform and by relocating into one building, we will provide our Arizona headquarters-based employees a more collaborative and connected work environment,” said Pete Beucke, Arizona division president, Landsea Homes. “Our local presence enables us to better serve our clients in the region, and we are excited to be establishing this base of operations in Scottsdale.”

Founded in 2013, Landsea Homes has expanded from a single two-person office to one of the nation’s fastest-growing homebuilders with operations on both the west and east coasts.

The 7600 East Doubletree Ranch Road location provides Landsea Homes’ employees, partners and vendors easy access to Scottsdale’s best restaurants, luxury and one-off boutiques, outdoor activities, downtown transportation and art-driven events.

“The Arizona division headquarters will focus on its regional operations that include project and community sales, marketing, construction, customer care and warranty service”, Beucke said. “The innovative design of the 5,000-square-foot workspace cultivates connection, collaboration and day-to-day productivity.”

New census figures show Arizona is the fourth fastest-growing state in the United States. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that by 2030 the population of Phoenix will grow to 2.2 million, and the population of the metro area will reach 6.3 million.

With factors including strong job growth and a booming tech sector, Phoenix is one of the best cities for millennials, according to Niche, a company ranking the best places to live across the country.

The ranking and review company rated Phoenix-area neighborhoods based on real estate prices, diversity, nearby schools and crime and safety statistics, and cited Goodyear, Mesa, Avondale, Chandler, Scottsdale and Encanto as top places for young professionals to call home.

Phoenix is one of the leading markets in seeing rents increase, leading the nation in in-migration. The national average rent increased by 3.3% to $1,472 in August compared to the same month a year ago, according to data published by RentCafe. During that same time period, the average rent at the Phoenix metro level was $1,176, increasing 8%, or $86.

Most recently, Landsea Homes sold its final homes at Auto Courts at Eastmark, a master-planned community in Mesa, Arizona. The award-winning homebuilder will embark on the next phase with a model grand opening in Fall 2020.

Landsea Homes has also begun construction on Sonora Crossing, and further expanded its portfolio in greater Phoenix with the acquisitions of single-family homesites at Harvest Queen Creek, Madison Square and Town & Country.  Landsea Homes is currently selling in Phoenix market communities such as Encanta in Tolleson, Destiny, Victory at Verrado and Cielo at Estrella. Upcoming communities include Centerra in Goodyear and Highlands at Verrado.
