‘Property Wars’ star merges his firm with Realty Executives Phoenix

Valley-based Realty Executives Phoenix is expanding once again with a  merger with one of the Valley’s biggest names in real estate.

RedBrick Realty, which was founded by “Property Wars” star Doug Hopkins, has merged with Realty Executives to join one of the largest real estate brokerages in Arizona. RedBrick Realty will rebrand as Realty Executives and bring nearly 100 new agents to the company.

Doug Hopkins founded RedBrick Realty in 2004 and the company has since grown to be one of the largest and most successful independent real estate agencies in the Southeast Valley. Hopkins is the star of Discovery Channel’s “Property Wars” and a popular national real estate expert, speaker and TV personality. Hopkins has successfully sold over 15,000 homes throughout his career, and in 2016 alone RedBrick Realty agents will close over $175M in sales volume.

This year, Realty Executives Phoenix grew by more than 20 percent, adding over 300 new agents and opening three new offices; Pinnacle Peak, Gilbert and Downtown Ocotillo Chandler. Year over year, the company has significantly boosted revenues and is on track to close nearly $3 Billion dollars in sales volume for 2016.

As part of the merger with RedBrick Realty, Realty Executives will open a brand-new, state-of-the-art office in 2017 anchored by Doug Hopkins located in Northeast Mesa.
