Westgate Entertainment District will welcome more than 100 new jobs when its newest office tenant, Ring, opens a Customer Service Center at the district in March 2017.

This will be the second Valley location for California-based security company, which has a location in Scottsdale. Ring’s flagship product, Ring Video Doorbell, is a unique security solution that enables homeowners to keep an eye on and protect their homes from anywhere.

“We’re excited to open Ring’s second location in the Phoenix-metro area next year,” said Kim Ogletree, vice president of customer care. “Westgate is an attractive location with access to a large labor pool and provides nearby entertainment and dining options for Ring employees. The people of Phoenix have been great to us since we opened Ring’s first call center here last year, and we’re pleased to continue to grow here at a fast rate, as we further our mission of reducing crime in neighborhoods.”

Westgate’s owners, iStar, have already begun construction on Ring’s 13,065 square-foot location; occupancy is expected in March.

“Ring is a great example of a growing company that is looking to take advantage of the availability of labor in the West Valley. They are also providing a dynamic employee experience with outstanding walkable amenities,” said Bryan Taute, senior vice president at CBRE, who handles leasing for Westgate.
