Robert Gracz, Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Avnet, Inc., was named the Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year for the Arizona chapter of CoreNet Global. CoreNet Global is the world’s premier professional association for corporate real estate executives and workplace professionals.
In his role at Avnet, Inc., Gracz is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations for Avnet’s North American real estate portfolio, as well as providing support for Avnet’s extensive global real estate portfolio, which includes 356 locations and 8.8 million square feet. Other responsibilities include land and building development acquisitions, leasing evaluation and implementation and site location recommendations as a result of mergers and acquisitions in the Americas region.
Gracz’s career encompasses more than 40 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on facilities and real estate management, including 27 years at Avnet. Gracz also serves as the Arizona Chapter president for CoreNet Global, Inc.

CoreNet Global will recognize its award winners during the CoreNet Global Summit in Washington, D.C. in October.
