Sagewood, a Life Plan Community featuring a resort-like setting in northeast Phoenix is nearing completion for its Phase II – the largest addition to the 85-acre senior living community since opening in 2010 — that features 101 independent living apartment homes, new restaurants and amenities including The Links at Sagewood, an 18-hole championship golf putting course.
Sagewood’s 3.5-acre Phase II will open this spring and feature both one- and two-bedroom apartment homes as well as new dining offerings including The Owl’s Nest restaurant and lounge and expanded casual and fine dining restaurants.

New apartment floor plans offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom plus den designs with individually controlled cooling and heating systems. All residences include patios or balconies and range from 873 to 2,351 square feet.
Starting at a one-time entrance fee of $450,000, residents pay an ongoing monthly fee determined by the size of their home, which covers a multitude of services and amenities including the cost of future long-term health care. A minimum 80 percent refund of the one-time entrance payment, no matter the length of residency, provides an attractive financial plan.
Sagewood is being developed by LCS Development and is managed by Life Care Services.
LCS is implementing its EverSafe 360° program at Sagewood, setting a new standard for senior safety for addressing at the highest-level resident and staff needs surrounding their health, safety and wellbeing. EverSafe 360° includes improving air quality, partnering with national leaders to enhance maintaining clean spaces and living quality, following guidelines from the LCS Medical Advisory Board comprised of doctors and clinicians, technology engagement for addressing isolation and utilizing telemedicine.
