Schoolhouse Development bought 30 acres of land in Mesa for $5,320,201, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda.
The land is located at the southeast corner of Sossaman and Pecos roads in Mesa.

The land is zoned for light industrial use.
The sale price breaks down to $177,430 per acre.
The seller was Landmark Companies and the buyer was Schoolhouse Development, a leading developer of charter schools, with combined experience representing over 40 years in the charter school industry.
