Sun State Builders completes Tiempo Development HQ

Tenant improvements for software developer Tiempo Development’s International Headquarters were completed by Sun State Builders in the Papago Reserve Building in Tempe.

The new 3,245 square-foot offices have a modern design, featuring bold colors, a high-speed Cat 6 IT infrastructure and a nine-foot window wall system throughout the offices, bringing in natural light to the space.

The project was a design-build partnership between Sun State Builders, Chamberlain Enterprises, Tiempo Development, and Winton Architects.

Tiempo Development is a software development company based in Tempe, AZ that provides agile nearshore software development services, utilizing three engineering and development facilities in Mexico.

A leader in Design-Build construction, Sun State Builders is a Tempe based General Contractor founded in 1973 by Jim Chamberlain.
