In November 2025, 12.7% of homes in Arizona sold above list price, down 2.0 points year over year, according to an analysis by Redfin. There were only 25.9% of homes that had price drops, up from 24.0% of homes in November last year. There was a 97.8% sale-to-list price, down 0.35 points year over year.
