ULI Arizona announced its upcoming Arizona Technical Assistance Panel (AzTAP) for the City of Eloy.  A group of eight prominent real estate and development experts will meet in the City of Eloy for an all-day panel discussion examining redevelopment opportunities for the city’s downtown, main street area.  This AzTAP is being underwritten by a grant to ULI Arizona from the Union Pacific Building America Foundation.

AzTAP was initiated by the ULI Arizona District Council to afford high-level land use and real estate professionals opportunities to help Arizona communities with local development challenges and planning issues.  AzTAP offers guidance to Arizona municipalities, counties, regions, and non-profits on a variety of unique land use planning, development, and redevelopment issues and opportunities.

ULI Arizona’s goal is to make some of the best and brightest talent and thought-leaders in the industry available to local governments.  The interaction between panel experts, local communities, residents and other stakeholders builds opportunities for strong public and private sector collaboration to build thriving Arizona communities.
