Northpointe at Vistancia and the Village at Vistancia, communities in the award-winning 7,100-acre Vistancia master planned community in Peoria, have recently secured over 100 acres in land sales, continuing to poise the community for future growth.

Shea Homes, a long-time builder within the Vistancia master planned community, recently closed on 90.1 acres in Northpointe at Vistancia’s elevated desert community. The sale price was $19,869,519, according to Vizzda. Shea Homes’ new neighborhood is located east of Vistancia Boulevard, nestled at the base of Vistancia’s signature Twin Buttes mountains. Shea Homes’ neighborhood will include a total of 188 homesites. Construction began in late 2024.

Residents of Shea Homes’ new community will have access to the The Sovita Club recreation center and 10-acre amenity park. The Sovita Club features a resort-style pool, catering kitchen, movement and fitness on-demand studio, a multi-use turf court and basketball court, resident entertaining and gathering spaces, event lawns, and kids outdoor play zone.

Northpointe at Vistancia opened in 2021 and has sold approximately 700 homes to date. The community is selling its second phase in The Sovita Collection of homes featuring 469 homesites by homebuilders Beazer Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Pulte Homes. Homes start in the $400,000’s and range from 1,683 to 3,554 square feet.  

Shea Homes is now preselling their new Ridgecrest™- a Trilogy® Boutique Community™ in the 55+ Collection of homes in Northpointe at Vistancia. Ridgecrest™ includes three new home collections ranging from 1,649 to 3,040 square feet, and homes starting in the $500,000’s. Models are anticipated to be completed Spring 2025.

Upon completion, Northpointe at Vistancia is planned to include 3,200 single-family homes, private resort-style recreation centers, community parks, a K-8 elementary school, and a 1,100-acre mountain preserve with hiking trails and walking paths.

Brightland Homes recently closed on 10.8 acres with plans to build 40 lots in The Village at Vistancia, a community of family friendly multi-generational living. The lots are already under construction and models are expected to open in late 2025/early 2026. 

Residents of The Village at Vistancia have access to two recreation centers, offering year-round activity. The 15,000 square foot Mountain Vista Club features an aquatic park with three pools and two waterslides, an indoor basketball gymnasium/pickleball courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a game lawn home for year-round events. The Foothills Center encompasses a six-acre recreational facility complete with a six-lane lap pool, children’s playground, and picnic ramada. 

Two K-8 elementary schools, Vistancia Elementary and Lake Pleasant Elementary, are located in the community and within close proximity for neighborhood children to walk to school.
