This development consists of two spec warehouse buildings located at the SE corner of Willis Road. & Arizona Avenue in Chandler, AZ. The total square footage of the two buildings is 140,000 SF and situated on an 11 acre lot just south of Sam’s Club. These buildings will be complete and ready for tenant move-in by August 2015.
