Cassidy Turley completed a lease for 16,324 SF of office space at Promenade Corporate Center, 16427 N. Scottsdale Rd.

Regus Corporation leased the space for a business center, the 15th location in Metro Phoenix for the company. Executive Vice President, Jeffrey Wentworth and Associate Vice President, Sean Spellman, with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Office Group represented the landlord, Excel Promenade Office LLC. Kevin Calihan with CBRE represented the tenant, Regus Corporation.

Built in 2001 and 2005, Promenade Corporate Center includes two, 4-story Class A office buildings totaling ±258,279 SF. Located in the Scottsdale Airpark Market, the property is currently 87% leased with available spaces ranging from ±2,400 to ±20,000 SF, with contiguous space available up to ±25,110 SF.

Promenade Corporate Center is adjacent to the Promenade Retail Center with tenants that include Capital Grille, Maggiano’s, Benihana, Nordstrom’s Rack and Stein Mart.

In another transaction, Cassidy completed the sale of a 33,700 SF property consisting of three industrial buildings at 2007 W. Mountain View Rd in Phoenix.

Empire Metal Property purchased the property for $1.645M from Gant Revocable Living Trust. Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Vice President, Greg Dodge, negotiated the sale transaction representing the seller and Janis M Wagner, of Pro-formance Realty Concepts, represented the buyer.

Empire Metal Products specializes in manufacturing standard, custom, and retrofit metal products and operates across a variety of industries including construction, aerospace, and architecture. The company has the ability to accommodate large bulk quantities to specialty one-of-a-kind orders.

Built in 1976, the three-building property is situated on 3.69 acres and located 1.6 miles from the I-17 Fwy. The facility was vacant at time of sale and is now fully occupied by Empire Metal Products.
