Cassidy Turley announced it completed sales for two free-standing, general industrial properties, one at 1525 W. 10th Place in Tempe and one at 4635 S. 33rd St. in Phoenix.

DJ3, LLC (dba Spectrum Mechanical & Service Contractors, LLC) purchased the Tempe property for $1.24M. Ordway ETAL purchased the Phoenix property for $728,000. Cassidy Turley’s Paul Sweetland, SIOR, represented the buyer in the Tempe transaction. Sweetland and Pete Klees the seller in the Phoenix transaction.

Spectrum Mechanical and Service Contractors is relocating from a leased location in Gilbert to the free-standing, single tenant ±16,606 SF general industrial property in Tempe. The building includes ±8,094 SF of office space and the remaining ±8,512 SF is warehouse. The seller was VEZ Investments, LLC of Tempe.

Ordway ETAL purchased the free-standing, single tenant ±8,817 SF general industrial property in Phoenix. The building includes ±2,832 SF of office and the remaining ±5,985 SF is warehouse.

The property included a fenced yard/parking area. Ordway ETAL, a California based buyer, plans to open a printing business at the location. Cassidy Turley had the marketing assignment on the bank-owned/REO property for Washington Federal out of Seattle.
