>> Sharon Reeves and Jeff Hays of NAI Horizon negotiated the sale of two retail buildings representing the seller, Circle K Stores, Inc., for $1.1M. The properties are at 6749 E. University Drive, in Mesa, and 1205 E. Broadway Road, in Mesa. Tony Micich with West USA Realty, represented the buyer, Ismail Ataria Investments, LLC.

>> Mark Wilcke and Patrick Sheehan negotiated the sale of a 9,600 SF industrial building representing the buyer, EcoIT, LLC., for $565,000. The property is located at 1706 W. 10th Place, in Tempe. Kyle Westfall with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, 1706 10th Place, LLC.

Leases:

>> Joe Cryan represented the tenant, BeavEx, Inc., in a 67-month industrial lease transaction for a 43,200 SF property at 1015 S. 63rd Avenue, in Phoenix. Stein Koss and Jeff Conrad with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Sheffa LLC.
