>> Simply You Signature Suites has signed a lease for 4,363 SF in Greenway Promenade at the NWC of 59th Ave. and Greenway Rd. in Glendale. They will have individual suites leased to independent beauty related service providers including massage, hair, nails, aesthetician, etc. Donna Reece of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction.
>> Rock & Vine Bar & Grill leased 2,475 SF in the La Mirada Shopping Center at the NEC of Pinnacle Peak and Pima roads in Scottsdale.
