Recently, Fired Pie hired Abby Anderson as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who joins the firm after holding financial positions at various food companies.
Prior to joining Fired Pie, Anderson held financial management positions for a number of fast-growing companies which included Athletes Performance, Inc. (EXOS), NJOY, Inc. and Oreganos Pizza Bistro, Inc.
She also held several accounting positions with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. Anderson is responsible for managing financial strategy and maintaining Fired Pie’s financial operations.
Anderson specializes in building financial and operational infrastructure to facilitate growth of both domestic and international companies. Anderson has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, profit-and-loss leadership and mergers and acquisitions.
She has been involved with merging and integrating operations for acquired companies, building and relocating financial operations post-merger, participating and leading diligence and audit activities for two private equity backed funding rounds totaling $153 million, initiating financial operations for European subsidiaries, facilitating the sale process of a start-up CPG company to a multi-billion dollar brand holding company and preparing a growth company’s financials and financial operations for an IPO.
Anderson obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University and currently holds an active CPA license in the state of Arizona.

Also new to the Fired Pie family is Frederick Wolfe who joins as a new board member and investor of Fired Pie.
Wolfe began his career with Real Mex Restaurants as an assistant manager and progressed rapidly up the corporate ladder where he was ultimately appointed COO.
Wolfe joined California Pizza Kitchen in 2000 as COO. In 2004, Wolfe rejoined Real Mex Restaurants as CEO. In 2009 Wolfe became President of Patina Restaurant Group.
He oversaw free standing restaurants as well as institutional operations such as The Metropolitan Opera in New York, The Los Angeles County Museum of Art, The Segerstom Center and others. During this time, Wolfe was responsible for 129 full service restaurants and their support functions.
In 2013, Wolfe started his own company, Fred Wolfe Consultants, where he provided analytical, operational, personnel and financial reviews for those in the restaurant industry.
