North American Development Group (NADG) and the team at AZ Architecture, along with renowned local architect Will Bruder, have issued an eagerly anticipated construction update for Eldorado on 1st. The project, consisting of a group of seven adjacent city homes located at 6901 East 1st Street is slated to open its doors to owners starting in May of 2017. When completed, the homes will represent the continued evolution of Downtown Scottsdale’s housing market.
NADG’s Chris Chamberlain expressed excitement over the approaching construction completion. “There are numerous moving parts in any project of this scale, but few possess Will’s attention to detail,which makes Eldorado truly special. It’s been a joy to watch him blaze new trails and to see our concept become a reality,” said Chamberlain.
The project is well over half sold with only two of the seven homes remaining. The luxury residences start at $1,689,000, and range from 3202 to 3472 square feet. Each unit will showcase the highest quality materials, state-of-the-art customizable bulthaup b3 kitchens, and a range of carefully selected finishes designed to complement Bruder’s innovative architectural style.
The structure’s distinctive form and functionality have been emerging from the desert floor since Eldorado broke ground last May.
“You can stand at the entryway of each home and experience it in a different way. From one direction, the grout lines of the floor tiles draw your eye forward to the staircase, guiding your attention upward. From another, various design elements contribute to creating a crescendo-like effect as you move through the home,” says Bruder.
Eldorado on 1st benefits from its close ties to the local arts community and proximity to countless dining, cultural and entertainment amenities available throughout Downtown Scottsdale’s Urban Arts District. Artist Jay Atherton is in the process of completing a commissioned art installation for the community entitled “Four Points for Contemplation.” Unveiling of the work will take place shortly after final occupany.
The Eldorado on 1st Sales Center is located within the offices of AZarchitecture/Jarson & Jarson Real Estate, at 3707 N. Marshall Way, Unit 5, in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Sales Center is open Monday through Saturday, with presentations by appointment.
