Wespac Communities Inc., broke ground on Enclave at Borgata, a 335,500 square-foot podium condominium project at 6166 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. In partnership with Antera Development, and JEN Partners, the project is slated to complete in the winter of 2017, with first residents moving in Fall 2016.
This exclusive luxury condominium community includes three buildings, four stories each, with just 86 units and designed by DAVIS Architecture. Situated on 4.7 acres, the development features lush landscaping, resort pool, resident club and demonstration kitchen, fitness studio, gardens, walking path and pet park. Located just south of Lincoln Boulevard and Scottsdale Road, the community offers walkable amenities such as countless restaurants, two grocery stores, Starbucks, drug stores and entertainment venues.
Sales began in February and to date 20 percent of the units have been sold. Pricing starts in the mid-700,000’s, with floor plans ranging from 1,500 square feet up to approximately 5,400 square feet for a limited number of penthouse units. A sales center is open daily at 6176 N. Scottsdale Road, between Blanco’s and Paul Martin’s American Grill.
