Cassidy Turley completed three industrial deals, two sales and one lease, totaling 34,168 SF in Phoenix.

Lumberjack Properties, LLC, a container sales company, purchased a ±5,200 SF warehouse building at 1835 N. 19th Ave. for $580,000. The seller was Butler Products Corp. Louis Finocchiaro, SIOR, with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Industrial represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Ben Johnson with Daum.

TRJ Properties, an industrial investor, purchased a ±7,780 SF warehouse building on .4 acres at 1444 N. 26th Ave. for $200,000. The seller was private entity from Phoenix. Finocchiaro, SIOR represented both the buyer and the seller.

E.B. Bradley Co., a Los Angeles based specialty hardware and surfacing products company, leased ±21,188 SF of warehouse/distribution space at 3315 E. Broadway Rd. Finocchiaro, SIOR represented both the landlord, Carlson Systems, Inc. and the tenant E.B. Bradley Co.

In another deal, Cassidy Turley completed a 1,685 SF lease renewal for Empire West Title Agency at Foothills Gateway Corporate Center, 4505 E. Chandler Blvd.

Justin Himelstein and Jason France with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Office Tenant Representation group represented Empire. Foothills Gateway Corporate Center is a 67,466 SF Class A office building. Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Orsett/Gateway, LLC.
