Matt Morrell

De Rito Partners, comprised of 5 entities including one of Arizona’s largest retail brokerage firms, announced that Matt Morrell has been promoted from Executive Vice President to President of De Rito Partners, Inc. Matt began his career in real estate in 2004 as the Development Coordinator for De Rito Partners Development, Inc. In this position he assisted with development of over 4 million square feet of retail space, including such projects as Mesa Riverview and Chandler Auto Park. He was consistently recognized as one of the top producers within the brokerage company and was promoted to Executive Vice President of De Rito Partners, Inc. in 2011. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication and is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Phoenix Art Museum’s Men’s Arts Council.

Morey Fischel

Morey Fischel has been named Executive Vice President of De Rito Partners, Inc. He has been with the company for 18 years and is the Designated Broker. Morey is well known within the real estate community and has built lasting relationships with retail real estate owners and developers, as well as with countless highly regarded retailers and restaurants in markets throughout Arizona. He has represented Panda Express in over 70 transactions, Arby’s, Eklectic Pie, Pizza Hut and Tide Dry Cleaners. Morey has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arizona State University and he has been a licensed in real estate broker since 1982. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
