NAI Horizon named Jolyn Safranek to its growing Property Management Services team.
Safranek, RPA, LEED Green Associate, comes joins NAI Horizon with extensive experience and relationships in the industry and will serve as Property Manager. With more than 17 years in the real estate industry, and more than 12 in property management, Safranek brings to NAI Horizon a depth of knowledge.
She has provided oversight to commercial portfolios in excess of 500,000 SF, is a licensed broker in Arizona, a LEED Green Associate, and has earned the RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. Safranek comes to NAI from the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis where she served as a Property Manager for 5 years with their Management Services group. She also served as Property Manager for Realty Executives, where she spent several years as an Associate Broker.
Under the leadership of Property Management President Barry Bartle, Safranek will encourage the continued growth of the NAI Horizon Property Management portfolio. With more than 1.4 MSF currently being managed by NAI Horizon, 770,000 SF of retail space, 240,000 SF of industrial properties, and 390,000 SF of offices, NAI Horizon’s Property Management Services is the ideal partner to achieve an integrated delivery of management, leasing, accounting and strategic planning.
