Fulton Ranch, a master-planned community in Chandler, made the top 50 list of top-selling master-planned communities in 2011. John Burns Real Estate Consulting ranked Fulton Ranch No. 35 nationwide.
Fulton Ranch, constructed by Fulton Homes, is located in East Chandler on Arizona Ave., just south of Ocotillo Rd. The community is set on 520 acres and is composed of homes varying in size and style.

Like any Fulton Homes community, homebuyers are able to customize their floor plan by visiting the Fulton Homes Design Center in Tempe. The center offers more than 6,000 options, offering everything from fixtures and appliances to garage doors.
The amenities at Fulton Ranch include an 18-acre lake system, featuring waterfalls and streams, multiple parks and paths and lush landscaping throughout. There are also three retail centers on the property, giving residents access to shops and restaurants without having to travel too far.
