Chandler’s newest industrial development by California-based Silagi Development & Management (SDM) welcomed its first two users to the park upon completion of the development, Chandler Airpark.

The DeMichele Group, a provider of software and equipment for the fenestration industry, acquired Building B totaling 17,149 square feet at 2110 S. Douglas Dr.

California-based labor law poster All In One Posters signed a lease agreement with a purchase option for Building C totaling 11,187 square feet.

Paul Boyle, Pete Klees and Rick Danis represented SDM in both transactions. The DeMichele Group was represented by Jerry Jacobs of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) and All In One Posters was represented by Adrienne Bryant with Bryant Commercial.

“Both deals were negotiated before the completion of construction and negotiations are underway with other users. The level of activity has exceeded expectations,” says Boyle, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Working with LGE Design Build, one of Arizona’s top design build general contractors, Chandler Airpark located on Douglas Drive, just west of Stearman Drive, was completed in April 2017.  The Class A business park featuring six single-tenant industrial buildings in Chandler is the only product of its kind available in the area. All other newly completed developments in the immediate area are multi-tenant industrial, flex, or office.

The buildings range in size from 11,187 to 22,874 square feet (SF) and feature upscale speculative office buildouts, 18-20 foot warehouse ceiling clear heights and three phase 600 amp power. In addition, each building has outside storage yards and all six buildings offer grade level loading, with four of the buildings also offering truckwell loading.

The project from SDM, totaling 96,957 square feet, has four single-tenant buildings remaining, ready for immediate occupancy with built out office suites and can accommodate industrial, manufacturing and distribution users. The project is being represented by Paul Boyle, Pete Klees and Rick Danis of Cushman & Wakefield.
