Riot Hospitality Group (RHG) celebrates the re-opening of El Hefe Super Macho Taqueria in Scottsdale on New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31. The award-winning restaurant and bar concept will re-open to ring in the new year after being closed for four months while undergoing major renovations. The festivities will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 p.m. with owners Ryan Hibbert, Mike Troyen and Jon Wright.

El Hefe will be open to the public 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. and then will open for their annual El Hefe “The Morning After” New Year’s Day party at 6 a.m. on Thursday, January 1.

Must be 21 years or older to attend and admission is complementary.

“It’s amazing to be able to celebrate the re-opening of our first restaurant of our brand which changed nightlife across the US from its energetic operational style to family style food service,” said Ryan Hibbert, chief executive officer of Riot Hospitality Group.

The renovations will include a more contemporary and sophisticated look. The restaurant will also feature an all new interior, 90 feet of digital LED walls, completely renovated design interior and exterior, upgraded front entrance, digital menu boards and interactive service.

The first of RHG’s entertainment concept, El Hefe has been delivering high quality food with their from-scratch kitchen, excellent service and quality of product since 2011. Since then they have opened two other El Hefe locations in Chicago and Tempe, in addition to launching a brand new concept Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Scottsdale.
