- W-EH El Dorado Holdings JV VII, LLC purchased El Dorado Tech Center, a flex/back-office facility, for $18.6 million. The buyer, a joint venture formed by Everest Holdings, LLC of Scottsdale, AZ, and Walton Street Capital, LLC of Chicago purchased the180,480 square foot property located at 2299 W. Obispo Avenue in Gilbert, AZ. The seller of the building was J.L. Bates, LLC.

- KH Chandler, LLC, a private investor, purchased a ±168,750 square foot warehouse/distribution property at 6920 West Allison Road in Chandler, AZ, for $4.1 million. Total Solutions, LLC will be relocating and expanding its operations to the project located in The Lone Butte Business and Industrial Park on the Gila River Indian Reservation.

Chandler-based Total Solutions partners with companies to provide all facets of outsourcing fulfilment, warehousing, distribution, transportation and corporate services. With the move to the Allison Road property, the company will be doubling its size. Built in 1983 and renovated in 1994 and 2005, the warehouse/distribution building sits on 12.28 acres with a fully fenced yard. The building features a 6,500 square foot office build out, 12 dock-high loading and five grade-level doors. The new owners will renovate the facility significantly.
The Lone Butte Business and Industrial Park is located within the Gila River Indian Reservation and is located at the confluence of Interstate10 and the Loop 202 San Tan Freeway. The park, which has been in operation since 1968, sits on approximately 800 acres and has more than 50 tenants.
