This world-renowned Dutch designer designer has a portfolio full of both commercial and residential projects, including high-end, luxury homes, found all over the world ― from Korea, Portugal, South Africa and the Netherlands. The newest addition to Piet Boon’s list? Scottsdale, Ariz. Boon has teamed up with K. Hovnanian Homes for its newest community, Line K at Pinnacle Peak Place.
“It was a great opportunity,” Boon says. “I always work on very high-end homes, and for me, it’s very interesting to work on more affordable designs. The guys with K. Hovnanian did a great job.”
Line K at Pinnacle Peak Place is located within a gated community and is priced from the $700s. The community features single-level designs on 26 one-acre homesites.
Each home’s floorplan is unique and one-of-a-kind with a “classically modern” design. The model home features furniture and bedding from Piet Boon’s own furniture line, Collection. The striking surrounding landscape doesn’t hurt either.
“The combination of the indoors and outdoors is really nice,” Boon says. “[The homes] have beautiful window frames, which can open up the home completely.”
Line K at Pinnacle Peak by Piet Boon opens up to the public May 12. It’s located off Pima Rd. on Desert Highlands Dr., north of Happy Valley Rd. in Scottsdale.
