Laura Burnett is a junior at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Arizona State University. While majoring in print journalism, she is pursuing minors in German and political science, as well as a certificate in international studies. She’s had internships in journalism, marketing, communications, and design, and hopes to go into international communications after graduation. She enjoys traveling, having spent the summer of 2014 in Singapore working at a local Singaporean company. As a runner, she’s checking some of the Valley’s largest road races off her list, participating in as many as she can while Arizona weather permits. On weekends you can find her with friends, searching the city for the best tacos and happy hour deals.
