CBRE’s Geoffery Turbow and Mitch Stravitz represented the seller, Skyport Scottsdale LLC, in the transaction.

Skyport Scottsdale is located at 7600 Redfield Road in Scottsdale, Ariz., and is one of the last remaining sites in the Scottsdale Airpark offering potential for direct or “through-the-fence” airport access.

“It was a privilege to work alongside Mitch on behalf of a repeat private client who entrusted us with this rare hangar development opportunity in the Scottsdale Airpark,” said Turbow, senior vice president at CBRE. “Together, we designed a thoughtful and targeted marketing strategy focused on reaching the right developer audience. We are grateful the process resulted in one of the highest price-per-square-foot sales in the area, an outcome that reflects both the strength of the asset and the trust placed in us.”

Scottsdale Airpark submarket is an airport-based business park and is home to more than 25 national and regional corporations, 2,500 small- to medium-sized businesses and over 48,000 employees. The property is near Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, two premier open-air, mixed-use developments in the heart of Scottsdale Airpark.
